1. Account

Registration and login

Registration

1On the GYMtronic site click the "Register" button.
2To activate, call +3696998350 and pick menu option 2.
3IMPORTANT: enable caller ID on your phone before calling!
4Registration is free and comes with no obligations.

Forgotten password

1Call +3696998350 and pick menu option 4.
2The system resets your password to 123456.
3Within seconds you can sign in with the new temporary password.
4IMPORTANT: caller ID must be enabled on your phone!

2. Entry

Entering the gym

You'll find a QR reader next to the photocell door and at the turnstile.

How to enter

1Sign in on GYMtronic with your phone number and password.
2Click the "Enter the gym" button.
3Show the displayed QR code to the reader next to the door.
4Once through the door, show the QR code to the reader at the turnstile too.
5Wait for the green arrow and walk through the turnstile.

3. Pass

Buying entries and passes

Two convenient ways: cash top-up at the gym or card payment even from home.

On-site

By cash

Your wallet works like a prepaid card — top it up and buy from your virtual balance anytime.

1Sign in on GYMtronic and click "Cash deposit".
2Show the QR code to the cash acceptor in the lobby.
3Insert the banknote — it's credited to your virtual balance instantly.
4Click "Buy entry" and pick the pass you want.
5Pay using the "Pay from balance" button.

From home too

By bank card

Comfortable online purchase from anywhere — a couple of clicks and done.

1Sign in on GYMtronic with your phone number and password.
2Click "Buy entry".
3Pick the entry or pass you want.
4Click "Pay by card".
5Enter your card details on the bank's interface.

Discount

Student pass

With a valid student ID you qualify for the discounted student pass. Send photos of both sides of your student ID and your ID card to +36 70 678 6781 via Viber or MMS.

Setup happens Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00 and Friday 08:00–14:00.

IMPORTANT: for students over 16 we only accept student IDs with the current school year/semester validation sticker!

4. Locker room

Changing and lockers

Coed changing area with separate, lockable changing cabins. The lockers are monitored by cameras — your valuables are safe.

Locking your locker

Taken lockers show a red LED — pick a free one.

1Put your belongings inside and close the locker door.
2Sign in on GYMtronic and click the "Locker" button.
3Enter the locker number and click the small padlock icon.
4The locker locks and the red LED lights up inside it.
5For safety, check that the door has actually closed!

TIP: if you click the "Locker" button again, your locker number is shown — no need to remember it.

Unlocking your locker

1Sign in on GYMtronic with your phone number and password.
2Click the "Locker" button.
3Your locker number is displayed on the screen.
4Click the green padlock — your locker opens.

Use the lockable changing cabins to get changed.

5. Exit

Leaving the gym

On the way out you show the QR code to the turnstile — the photocell door opens automatically.

How to exit

1Sign in on GYMtronic with your phone number and password.
2Click the "Leave the gym" button.
3Show the QR code to the reader at the turnstile.
4Wait for the green arrow and walk through the turnstile.
